PRICES + VAT
Danish VAT is included in the prices (25%) for all deliveries within the European Union (EU).
We remove the VAT from the price for all deliveries outside the EU. When importing our product into a NON-EU country, you must pay this country’s VAT on the product, plus any additional taxes and fees if required.
We use Stripe (www.stripe.com) for online payments. You can use Visa and Mastercard and we don’t charge you any fees.
To protect your credit card details and information Stripe uses strong encryption (SSL - 128 bit).
The payment will be reserved on your account when you send us your order, but we will not draw the money from your credit card before we ship your order. When paying with credit card you are 100% protected and are guaranteed to get your goods or a refund from your credit card company.
If you don’t own a credit card you can also transfer the money to our bank account. Please contact us via email (contact(at)angelflow.me) about this option.
To keep our prices low we don’t stock that many skis and bindings. Therefore you should expect up 1 week delivery time and in rare cases sometimes more. But don’t get cross at us if we do deliver faster.
In the case where the delivery time takes longer than 1 week we will notify you asap so if you can't wait, you still have plenty of time to find another ski before you go skiing. However if you can wait, we’re confident the skis are worth waiting for.
In the case where we cannot deliver on time, you of course have the rights to cancel your order without any penalty fees, and we’re still perfectly good friends.

We mostly use Fedex for shipments outside of Denmark and GLS for inside Denmark. But it may change depending on the place of delivery and package size.
If you have any specific requirements regarding the delivery please always contact us in advance (contact(at)angelflow.me), and we will do our best to accommodate your wishes.
You can follow your package on the courier’s website via the tracking ID we will send you when your order is shipped from our storage facilities.
We are responsible for the package until you sign off that you have received it. We are not responsible for any delays caused by any shipping company.
100% BIG SMILE SATISFACTION GUARANTEE / RETURN POLICY
Life is simply too short to ski on skis you don't love!
So if you don't smile after trying your new Angel Flow skis
we simply give you a 100% satisfaction guarantee + 2 year warranty.
We call it our 'BIG SMILE GUARANTEE'.
- When you buy a pair of Angel Flow skis you always have the right to to return the skis up to 45 days after you have received them. Within those 45 days you can actually try the skis on snow for two days, and still get your money back if you don't like them. NOTE: In the case where bindings and skis have been bought separately only the money for the skis will be reimbursed.
- If you want to return the skis you immediately write us an email no later than 2 days after trying the skis on snow and write that you don't like the skis and want to return them to us (contact(at)angelflow.me).
- If the skis have been used you need to make sure that we receive the skis no later than 10 days after you have notified us by email. Attach the receipt/invoice that you received when you purchased the product. You, as a customer, are responsible for the return shipping, including shipping costs and potential damages during shipping.
- When we have received the skis we will refund you the money within 30 days.
If the bindings were bought separately we only take back the skis. In that case please screw off the bindings before returning them, as we cannot refund you money for the bindings whether you have used the skis or not. But you can of course always use the bindings on your next pair of dream skis.
The skis you return must not have any serious holes, dents or damages to the bases or edges. The ski must also NOT have had the bindings mounted more than once, or wrongly drilled holes for the bindings. If you are in doubt send us some photos of the damages and we will decide if we will take the skis back or not.

COMPLAINTS / 2 YEARS WARRANTY
You have 2 years warranty on all our products counting from the invoice date. The warranty covers if the product has an original manufacturing fault that is NOT caused by normal wear and tear, or bindings that have been mounted wrongly (E.g. wrong screws, improper sealing of drilling holes, etc.)
Complaints must be made within reasonable time. If you wish to make a complaint, we would appreciate that you as soon as possible let us know by emailing your name, address, order number or invoice number, along with a short description of the problem in English or any Scandinavian language (preferably with photos) to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will then return to you asap to resolve the problem.

If you sign up to our newsletter we guarantee that you won't get spammed. We only send out emails if we actually have something sensible to say. You can always opt out from our newsletters via the unsubscribe link placed in all our newsletters.

We only have quite limited information about you as a user of our website, newsletter recipient and/or client.
We don't use or share this information to contact you unless you specifically have accepted receiving our newsletters.

As an example, if you are located in Canada and your transaction is processed by a payment gateway located in the United States, then your personal information used in completing that transaction may be subject to disclosure under United States legislation, including the Patriot Act.
If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with a AES-256 encryption. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.
